STRENGTH (PULL)/ HIIT Cycle
HIIT intervals on the bike combined with strength training on the floor.  We’ll help you improve your overall fitness performance and build muscular strength through functional movement training using varied equipment-- bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, ab mat, the bike, etc.  Build muscular strength AND cardiovascular strength!
 
We put cages on the bike pedals, so you can wear tennis shoes or lifting shoes for an easy transition off the bike and into strength training.
