Her expertise lies in her ability to transform a client’s mind and body through an individualized approach to health and fitness. She offers results-driven coaching on power-based cycling, strength training, flexibility/mobility training, nutrition education, and a mindfulness of how exercise, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and self-care affect athletic performance.
