Beginner Mat Pilates 45
This class uses the classical Pilates mat exercises for a challenging and effective workout. You'll sculpt a strong, long, and lean body, and strengthen and stabilize your core. This class is perfect for those just getting into Pilates.  For those with more experience and a knowledge of the exercises, the instructor will offer advanced options to increase the intensity of the class.
