HOT MAT PILATES 60
This 60-minute, heated, MAT PILATES class is a challenging and effective way to lengthen and sculpt the muscles. A full body workout with low impact and huge emphasis on the core, built to take your core strength to the next level! This class is focused on controlled and precise movements with light prop work, using pilates circles and resistance bands to enhance the intensity. Class is heated to 90 degrees. Cold towels will be provided.
