Bring your gloves and runners to kickstart your Saturday with our boxing and track fusion! You’ll dive into a 16-minute session, either hitting the bags or sprinting the streets, followed by 8 minutes of high-intensity work on the functional floor. Then, instead of switching sides, you'll transition between zones to complete the final 16 minutes—either on the bags or back on the track for another round of action!
