Omer's Ride - Back Rows
60 minutes of a cool yet tough ride on any of the bikes in the back rows, followed with music videos of the songs that keeps Omer riding strong in his IronMan races. Personal fans will blow wind at you as you ride and the bikes will all be elevated off the floor so you can work your core while you ride. This is a longer ride, get ready to burn 800-1000 calories.
