Tempo Fit Stength
Strength - Precision.  A 60-minute class that emphasizes tempo-based strength training to maximize muscle activation, improve form, and enhance overall strength and endurance. Each exercise is performed with controlled speeds, focusing on both the eccentric (lowering) and concentric (lifting) phases to ensure proper muscle engagement and technique.
