Blast Tabata
Blast is the ultimate Tabata class designed to challenge you to the max and push your fitness limits. This HIIT workout incorporates the Gladiator Walls, Bulgarian bags, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, gliders and many other fitness tools to create an intense and varied full-body workout.

Each class is structured around the Tabata protocol, which consists of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, allowing you to maximize your effort while burning tons of calories, strengthening your heart and changing your body inside and out. Class is 6 total rounds of Tabata followed by 15 minutes of stretching and recovery. 

Modifications are provided, but class is most appropriate for intermediate/advanced exercise enthusiasts and athletes. Athletic shoes required.
