Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fitness Classroom!  In accepting this liability waiver, I acknowledge and accept all the items listed below.  By agreeing to the liability waiver, you declare that you will be participating in live, in-person classes and instruction at your own risk.

 

1. I am participating in Spin, TRX, and other high intensity muscular strength, endurance, and aerobic exercises offered by Fitness Classroom LLC.  

2. These classes involve strenuous activity and has potential to aggravate pre-existing medical conditions.  I am fully aware and accept the risks associated with this activity.

3. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in fitness classes and instruction offered by Fitness Classroom LLC.  I acknowledge that I am physically fit and have no medical condition or injury that precludes me from participating.

4. I understand that I should notify the instructor of any condition that might require special attention prior to beginning any instruction.

5. I, and my heirs, waive any claim I may have or acquire against Fitness Classroom LLC, Belinda and/or Timothy Lambert, landlords/building owners, agents, principles, insurers, employees, and any other person/entity associated with Fitness Classroom LLC.

6. I understand that Fitness Classroom LLC reserves the right to refuse my participation in any classes or instruction if the above conditions are not met or false information is provided.

7. Fitness Classroom LLC has limited number of available spots for each class.  Clients who no show for a reserved class or appointment will have one class deducted from their pass.  We ask the clients who wish to cancel a reservation do so within 5 hours of the class start time. This is to ensure that everybody who wants to attend one of our classes has the opportunity to do so. However, we recognize that emergencies do happen occasionally. If this is the case, please email [email protected] and we will work with you on a case by case basis.

8. From time to time, we may take pictures of classes for advertisement and marketing purposes on, but not limited to, social media platforms.  Please notify the front desk or instructor if you do not wish to be included in these marketing materials.
