Terms and Conditions

 

I understand that a participant must be at least 14 years of age or older to participate in a class at Rebel Spin LLC and further understand that only persons 18 years or older have the capacity to give consent and agree to the following terms and conditions to participate in classes at Rebel Spin.  I am, either, at least 18 years of age and can consent and agree to the following terms and conditions on my own behalf OR I am at least 18 years of age and am the legal guardian or parent of a participant who is between the ages 14-17, and I hereby give my consent to participate in classes at Rebel Spin and allow for emergency medical treatment for my son and/or daughter and assume the responsibility for payment of such treatment.

 

I, as a participant who is at least 18 years of age or a legal guardian or parent of a participant who is between the ages of 14-17, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Rebel Spin, LLC, (DBA:Rebel Spin), its owners, staff personnel, agents, contractors, officials, representatives, and owners to facility, building and property, (individually and collectively hereinafter referred to as Indemnitees) from any claims, losses, causes of action, damages, injuries or liability whatsoever based or asserted upon any acts, omissions or services of Indemnitees, arising out or in any way relating to the use of or entry upon this Rebel Spin facility or the property, including but not limited to to property damage, bodily injury, or death or any other element of any kind or nature.

 

By signing up for and/or attending Rebel Spin classes, activities and other programs, and using Rebel Spin's premises, facilities, and equipment (collectively, Classes and Facilities), you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in indoor cycling and exercise and in using indoor cycling and exercise equipment in association with the Classes and Facilities. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Classes and Facilities provided by Rebel Spin, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the Classes and Facilities, (2) waive, release and forever discharge Rebel Spin, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of the classes and Facilities, and (3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending and/or using any of Rebel Spin’s classes and Facilities and/or put you in any physical or medical danger, and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so. Rebel Spin hereby advises you that individuals with any chronic disabilities or conditions are at risk in using Rebel Spin's classes and Facilities, and are advised against doing so. In addition, if in the opinion of Rebel Spin staff, you would be at physical risk using Rebel Spin’s classes and Facilities, you will be denied access to Rebel Spin and its classes and Facilities until you furnish Rebel Spin with an opinion letter from your medical doctor, at your sole cost and expense, specifically addressing Rebel Spin’s concerns, and stating that Rebel Spin’s concerns are unfounded. If you decline to obtain such a letter, you will not be permitted to use the classes and Facilities of Rebel Spin. Rebel Spin reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

 

 

Rebel Spin monthly membership is an automatic payment. Each month the payment for your membership in the amount of 84.99 will be automatically debited from your account on the date purchased every month. I understand that by signin/agreeing below I am giving permission for my membership to be debited from my account. If you have any changes to your credit/debit card you are responsible to notify Rebel Spin so we may process your card.
If you need to cancel your membership you will need to come in and fill out the cancellation sheet. You will also incur one more charge per the 30 day cancellation. Your membership will continue through that date on the following month.
If you cancel your Little Yoga Room membership, you forfeit your promotional Rebel unlimited rate and the rate of your Rebel unlimited membership will increase to the current rate. The current Rebel unlimited rate will be effective on your next auto payment date per your Rebel auto pay schedule.

Once you reserve your bike if for some reason you need to cancel or modify your reservation please do so within eight hours of the class time to avoid a ten dollar no show fee.
