1) Why I love COREFIRE: “Coaching at Corefire allows me to be creative. I’m able to challenge people in ways they never knew they could be challenged, and I’m able to effectively push people beyond their perceived limitations.”
2) Favorite Pastime: I love being with my family (which, yes , includes my two dogs). My favorite thing to do on the weekend is go for a walk with my dogs, baby, and husband at Brookdale Park.
3) Biggest fear: Not pushing myself to my full potential in any aspect of life.
?4) Favorite Locally Owned Biz: Java Love in Upper Montclair! The coffee is always freshly brewed and the customer service there is always top notch. Whoever is working at the register always greets you with a smile whether its early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
5) Tips for newbies: Remember it will be over in 45 minutes… that is less than an hour! You are stronger than you think!
