Angela’s yoga journey began in her early 30’s when she knew she needed something to balance out her high-impact workout routine. What she envisioned as a weekly “stretch session” soon turned into a daily practice. She enjoyed the flowing movements and the way the practice made her feel in her body, which led her to seek out a more formal education. Angela earned her 200HR RYT through Napa Valley Yoga Center in the summer of 2020 followed by a 50HR yin training with Devi Daly Yoga in 2021. Angela’s classes are composed of fun, thoughtful and sometimes challenging sequences that still allow for clear, precise instructions and multiple modifications to support everyone’s practice.
