A registered amateur boxer and certified fitness boxing coach, Ian believes in knowing how to defend yourself but never advocates aggression or violence. Some of his friends and family consider his focus on health and exercise “just a tad extreme”, but he’s lightheaded, loves helping others, and is dedicated equally to fun and technique in his classes. He has worked with elite coaches and trainers in disciplines ranging from martial arts and boxing to tennis and spin, and is excited to integrate all he has learned into challenging, high-energy boxing fitness classes.
