Born and raised in Sacramento, Lyndsay has lived all over California from Hollywood to Tahoe and eventually made her way back home in 2013. Lyndsay earned her BA at CSU Long Beach and is currently pursuing a career in holistic nursing. She shares her passion for health and fitness during the week as a K-8 PE teacher! Lyndsay has been a dance and comedy performer her whole life and feels most at home on the podium. When she’s not in a cycle class, you can catch her spending time with her daughter, snowboarding, or playing golf. Lyndsay fell in love with indoor cycle in 2019 when she strolled into a local spin studio. Once you take one of her classes, there will be no doubt that indoor cycle is Lyndsay’s true passion.. expect to sweat, laugh, dance and leave feeling absolutely pumped!
