Michael has been fortunate to be able to work with 100's of clients over the last 6 years, learning something new from each client along the way. His goal is to work with those who struggle with finding the time or motivation while trying to juggle work, health, and social lives. Michael programs workouts that are goal orientated, efficient, and equally important, fun. He love exercises that are functional, promote lean muscle growth and burn body fat. Michael's job as a personal trainer is to give you the tools to successfully see results that last. You can never start too late or too early.
