Denise is a former 9 time NCAA All-American Collegiate Swimmer, and retired professional DE/TE for the Seattle Mist women's 7 on 7 arena full tackle football team. Denise believes that by creating a positive space promoting teamwork and fun camaraderie, people can connect to other like-minded individuals, and find the best versions of themself.
