Kara Markusen has an extensive background in dance and fitness and is passionate about motivating and educating people of all fitness levels to help them reach their full potential while having fun! Trained through Barre Intensity and a graduate of Michigan State University, she currently teaches various barre classes, HIIT and hip hop cardio and is a dance instructor at Taylor Dance.
