It’s okay to be tired, but it’s not okay to quit
Welcome to p90X! I believe that my class is for everyone, not just those people who are already extremely fit. My class is structured into four blocks: cardio, lower strength, upper strength, and core. Each block is about 12 -15 minutes. We will use weights in my class as this will increase your bone density. The weight you lift should be one that you can lift with good form and that challenges you. Make no mistake, you will sweat and by the end of the class you should feel like you had a fantastic workout!
