“You are stronger than you think you are…keep going.”
After playing Sports for my entire childhood and school years, I started to become very involved in yoga, pilates, and I also took a few ballet classes. I loved what these classes did for my strength, balance, and overall well-being. I decided to get certified in Yoga years ago because I loved it so much, and then I started doing Barre workouts about 12 years ago. I later became certified in Group Fitness, Corebar, and Barre, and have been teaching Barre for about six years. I love hearing people’s feedback about how strong they have gotten, how quickly they see their bodies change, and how Barre works muscles that they didn’t know existed.
