Lea is a is Pilates Mat, TRX®, Schwinn® Cycling MPower, and 200-hour yoga certified instructor. She has been teaching Barre, Cardio Barre, Pilates, Spin, TRX, other group fitness classes and private training sessions for over four years. Non-athletically speaking, Lea is a humanitarian, nature lover, animal lover, joke teller, video game nerd, sci-fi nerd, X-Files fanatic, and excessive coffee consumer. Her goal in teaching is to awaken the magic that lives inside of us all, to provide a space where the outside world stays outside, and to empower, animate, and invigorate her clients - most notably via her myriad of signature, themed classes.
