Kirk Kapple has been in the fitness industry for over 4.5 years. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, NFHS Coach, Schwinn® Cycling MPower Instructor, co-owner of Stone Forge Fitness, and has over 10,000 training hours in group fitness and personal training combined. Kirk specializes in athletic and high intensity training, and has trained several Division 1 collegiate athletes, as well as 50+ high school and club athletic teams. Although new to indoor cycling, Kirk is no stranger to a road bike. As an avid triathlete and runner, Kirk has competed in many races of varying distances – from 5K to Half Ironman. He believes that having fun is just as important to group fitness as hard work. His philosophy is that “Anyone, at any level, can achieve greatness if they are willing to put in the work and can remember to enjoy themselves along the way.”
