Hey friends, my name is Melissa. I started riding at Shine over a year ago, and I was hooked! I have a love for fitness and haven taken many different types of fitness classes. A little background about me. I went through the Radiography program at South College. I have an Associates degree in Radiography and a Bachelors degree in Health Science with a concentration in Nuclear Medicine. I work at Leconte Medical Center in Nuclear Medicine and have been there for over 15 years. Shine Cycle was a way for me to just get away from the stress of a busy work day and have fun. The Shine Cycle community has been amazing to me and I knew from the start I had to be a part of this! Shine Cycle has helped me lose weight, gain confidence, and has influenced me in so many ways. Here at Shine Cycle my goal as an instructor is to have fun classes that you want to keep coming back to. I love hip hop beats, electronic/house music, and anything with a good remix.
