TAKE YOUR YOGA PRACTICE TO THE NEXT LEVEL!Understanding how to correctly support your body in basic yoga postures can go a long way for your joints and your spine. The core muscles of the body are absolutely necessary for your yoga practice. Postures done with poor core support create major wear and tear on the joints of the body (especially hips, shoulders, and wrists). In this class we will break down the 5 most common yoga postures and look at them through a “Pilates” lens. Focusing on core support in order to find proper alignment in each posture. Beginner and advanced students welcome and encouraged to come!
