Floating and Falling: It's All In The Hips

Saturday 12:30pm-2pm $35

Have you heard, "float forward" and "float back" in class and it peeked your interest? Are you working on handstand and you want to learn how to incorporate it more in your practice? This workshop is all about that and more. We'll be learning how to float forwards and backwards, and also learn how to fall safely! We will be doing a lot of core work, and work on what it actually feels like to have your hips over your shoulders! This 90 minute class will get you to work your low belly, and help you to move forward in your vinyasa practice!
