Firm Fundamentals
This class is delivered on the second Friday of every month. It is designed so you understand who The Firm is, the fitness training methodology, class schedule, wearable technology and 3 essential movements. This class gives you an opportunity to meet other people, share drinks, snacks and ask questions.

This is your chance to make sure you are well briefed on The Firm Website, Firm App, Firm Factor™ Points and Firm Heart Rate Technology. Additionally, learn how to get the most out of your wearable technology, email-based workout summary reports and your personal workout data that is stored in the cloud.

Lastly, we will introduce you to Athletic Performance Training (APT) and three essential movements you should know how to do correctly to deepen your Firm fitness experiences. (Squat, Kettle Bell Swing and the Row)
