Build muscle, burn fat, move better. Loaded functional movements with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) methodology. Workouts consist of running, rowning, assault bikes, box jumps, wall balls, pull ups, toe to bar, battle ropes, kettle bells, slam balls and more.
