Trying new things, surrounding myself with those I can learn from, and personal transformation (others and myself)

You don't have to be the fastest, strongest, or most flexible...just be conistent. Consistency is necessary for maintaining a successful fitness regimen.

What is one thing most people don't know about you?


Although I was an athlete in high school, I fell "out of fitness" in college and at one point weighed 230+ lbs. It wasn't until my late twenties that I restarted a regular fitness regimen. I know first hand the struggle, but also that it's never too late to become healthier.
